BIG FISH Dive Center Tenerife is a PADI 5 Star IDC centre in Los Cristianos, close to Playa de Las Vistas and the harbour. It suits both first-time divers and certified divers: the official site points to try dives, children’s options, recreational dives, snorkelling, PADI training, boat and shore dives, small groups and modern equipment.
People who dived with the team describe clear briefings, patient instructors, well-organised boat dives and a warm atmosphere that feels more like a small dive family than a rushed tourist activity. Ask which format fits your level, what is included in the equipment, whether photos/video are available and how they adjust the plan if sea conditions change.

We had the best time with Big Fish! I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to dive in Tenerife.
We were on a 10-day vacation in Tenerife and spent the first three days doing the PADI Open Water Course with Big Fish, guided by Gregg and Peter. The teaching was excellent, very clear, engaging, and easy to follow. They explained everything using simple language making sure everyone fully understood.
They also checked all the equipment for us everytime and during the boat dives we didn’t have to worry about anything, everything was very well organised and taken care of.
Gregg guided us two mostly. Our swimming skills were pretty average so some exercises took us quite a few attempts to get right. Gregg was patient, explaining and demonstrating things again and again until we got there. During the dives, he pointed out little fish for us etc🐟🐠
Overall, it was an amazing experience that we absolutely loved - and we’re already missing it!Big recommendation!

Did 10 fun dives + 1 night dive with Big Fish, and I had an absolute blast! Great & Friendly atmosphere. Reasonable price. Professional service. Shout out to Marcos who does all the arrangements and was very nice and generous to me. Luca is probably the best guide I have ever met. The captain is an absolute icon, keep the mood up all the time. Also, the customers who go diving there are also great people, it feels like a big family there!

We have had the best time with big fish tenerife. We booked 10 fun dives. The staff is incredible from pick-up to office to instructors and boat captain. From the start we felt welcome and in good hands. We have had some issues and needed to reschedule thing on the go and they made it all work for us in the end.
Good equipment and proffessional instructors with humor. If you have an issue they will go out of their way and take the time to help you. We were not very experienced divers so special thabks to Luli and Luca who helped us during the dives by playing with weights and being better at bouyancy, letting us leave as better divers.
The underwaterworld of the dive sites is also very nice. Lots of volcanic rocks. Some wrecks. We saw lots of eagle rays and big stingrays. We even got very lucky and saw dolphins and a turtle during a dive!
Would recommend it 10/10 to anybody visiting tenerife!!

5 stars to Big Fish, most importantly to Luca and Alberto.
It was our first dive and the experience was awesome for what we believe is a very reasonable price - they gave detailed instructions and were fun while explaining everything, gave equipment and then we slowly went into the water - we were there for 40 minutes and every minute was great.
This exceeded our expectations and our expectations were quite high to begin with!
BIG recommend BIG FISH diving center.

I was a bit nervous before the dive, but the team made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The briefing was clear and patient, and once we entered the water everything felt easy and controlled.
We went down to around 5 meters and the underwater scenery was beautiful, plenty of fish, corals and we even spotted a tiny seahorse. A big thank you to our instructor Greg, who was very attentive and reassuring the whole time. A lovely experience and a great memory from Tenerife!
