About

Mi Guachinche Casa Pedro is a Los Realejos guachinche with the warmth and portion size people hope for when they leave the resort strip for local food. Reviews repeatedly mention local wine, freshly cooked bread, traditional Canarian dishes, generous servings and owners or staff who explain the menu kindly.

The menu signal is broader than a meat-only guachinche: sources mention potajes, cheeses, escaldon, almogrote, croquettes, lapas, calamares, pulpo, sardines, fish dishes, meat in sauce and homemade desserts. That makes Casa Pedro useful when a group wants a north Tenerife guachinche but not everyone wants the same kind of plate. It is popular, so check current hours and call ahead for weekends.

Visited this restaurant, Pedro was so nice and attentive to us, he is owner of this restaurant. For starter we had warm bread with cheesy sauce and some house wine which is also made in the house, mains dishes was amazing, the meet is spectacular and very juicy.

We had an amazing experience at Casa Pedro! The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors that really stood out. For the quality, the prices were fantastic, and the atmosphere made it a perfect place to dine. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home during our visit to Tenerife. Highly recommend!

The food is incredibly good, you will get a good portion, like you will be full by the end of it. Accurate pricing, and the staff is very friendly, and will kindly explain anything - muchas gracias, Elena :)

The place is so good would of given more than 5 stars if I could. Everyone were so good and welcoming. The owner came to take our order and I just asked him to bring us traditional Canadian food that he likes and it he didn't disappoint. EVERYTHING they brought to the table was delicious, they even gave us half portions so we can try more stuff. Highly recommend if you are in the area definitely visit the place (the goat meat is to die for)

Our second experience in a guachinche and this did not disappoint. Authentic, amazingly priced and such welcoming owners who made us feel at home. We had some local wine, freshly cooked bread and then a range of dishes that they recommended. I will visit again when in Tenerife just stunning!
