Hotel Tigaiga Tenerife

Loved our stay at the Hotel Tiagia. A family run hotel. Every member of staff were exceptional Reception can organise excursions taxis whatever you want just ask. We were given an upgraded panoramic suite. It was a lovely treat. Breakfast and half board food was very good. I’d definitely return .

A really good hotel in lovely gardens full of palm trees and exotic flowers. Everything works perfectly, the room very comfortable and well designed and the half board food excellent. It is a family run hotel and all the staff are very helpful. Also well situated next to a park and steps leading down to the town of Puerto de la Cruz and the seaside. A great place to go for a weeks winter holiday escape from the British weather. The holiday was booked through Thomas Cook and the flights, transfers and hotel bookings worked perfectly.

We had a fantastic experience as a small family with a toddler! Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and we experienced an excellent service. The hotel is situated on the hill next to Parque Sortija which we loved! The views from the rooms and breakfast/dining area and pool are stunning! 🤩 We completely relaxed and wished we could have stayed more than 10 days! The breakfast buffet was great! Dinner menu changed daily and it was delicious!

We have visited Hotel Tigaiga on several occasions over a number of years and have always enjoyed good food, nice rooms with the view of Mount Teide particularly pleasant in the morning and evening. Very nice and friendly staff many of whom are now familiar faces. Nice walk through the Taoro Jardin down to a lovely quaint town.

Really can’t fault this hotel.

Great food, location and wonderful staff who couldn’t have been more accommodating.

It was an ideal choice for our cycling holiday with good access to many routes. The storage facilities in the hotel for the bikes was also excellent.

You could even see Teide from the hotel car park!
