We enjoyed a wonderful, 4-night stay at this exquisite boutique hotel. All the staff and service were outstanding - attentive, welcoming and proactively in tune with every need. Not a single detail was missed - we were pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade, my husband's birthday was recognized with an extra treat, and an early checkout was generously accommodated with an early breakfast. The food was fabulous and varied enough to recommend the half-board option and the oasis of calm throughout the hotel was a perfect balance with the Garachico village activities and ocean just steps away. Highly recommended!

Perfect and just what we needed. All the hotel team (reception staff, housekeeping, waiting staff) were so friendly and professional. It felt very luxurious and at the same time, very calm, relaxed and welcoming. Great breakfasts and the evening meals we had there were exceptional. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

We had a two week stay here. The hotel and service were first class. The hotel was conveniently situated. Beautifully decorated and lavishly furnished. Our bed was firm but comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the service was quiet and efficient. The restaurant had an excellent menu and service to match. We look forward to returning to Garachico and this hotel.

I just can’t recommend this beautiful boutique hotel enough. It’s just divine. The whole aesthetic of the building and the attention to detail with the design is absolutely stunning. Our room was gorgeous with a huge bed, vaulted ceiling and lovely bathroom. Food in the restaurant is high end and absolutely delicious. Staff are so friendly and accommodating and dining by the pool is absolutely wonderful. Love the push button for service. Our tip: take a drink up to the roof terrace in the evening for romantic views across the mountains and out to sea. Just magical.
