The best back massage ever - calm, thorough, no chat , no hurry and a lovely herbal tea and light biscuits to enjoy in the room afterwards. Superb and I highly recommend. Thank you ladies 🙏🙏

It was an amazing experience! The spa is not huge but cosy and got everything you need to relax and spend 2hours in complete privacy. The treatments are also great and therapists very professional. I would come back for sure and it’s a valuable gift idea for your friends and family at any occasion.

Fantastic place to relax. They have everything. I was lost when I came as I couldn't find the door to enter and an employee came out of the spa to find me near the door.

The pool is great for swimming and clean. They even give you water and lemon to drink ( I recommend doing it after swimming).

There is a sauna that smells like mint and that is great for sore throats.

This was the worst Spa and Massage experience of my life and not even worth a third of the money (we paid 210€ for a so called “Royal Spa” experience for 2) that we paid. First, little of what is promised on the website matches the reality on site. On the website, they speak about a private wellness experience. What we had was a nearly public one - they even brought people to show around the pool and whirlpool during our private hour. Also, there is no door and people from the gym as well as anyone walking around even at the entrance can watch you. Also, we went in today as it was raining and cold outside and were hoping for a relaxing and warm experience. It was completely the opposite. E.g. as there is no door, the cold and wind from the entrance, whenever people opened the entrance door, hit us directly. I felt like lying in a pool at a covered train station. The sauna and steam bath (no surprise they are not depicted at the website), were in the locker room and the like coffins. Only one person can lie there at the same time and people constantly enter the locker room - so again, no private experience. During the whole 90 minutes of “Spa” experience I was hoping that at least the massage would be good, but it was worse. Not sure, if the women at the entrance are just covering this part by the way or if they have massage experience. It didn’t feel like that at least. It felt like someone was giving me a little pat and even after I asked if a little bit more grip would be possible, nothing changed. Also, we waited naked for ca 10 minutes, until they came and I was already freezing and had to cover myself with the blankets that were there. Everything ended with me having a headache and the feeling of having just thrown out 210€ out of the window. The only star I am giving is for the 2 women who were at least kind.
