Sandára Wellness Centre is the Abama resort spa option: smaller, more refined and more scenic than a city spa. It is best for a quiet couple or solo reset, including pregnancy-safe relaxation when the right treatment is available. Such an amazing SPA to visit. I loved the treatment for mommy-to-be and had the loveliest time to unwind. The place and amenities are beautiful and extra points for tasty and wide variety of tea! Would definitely recommend to all sauna, massage and SPA lovers!!

Amazing spa! Loved the saunas with dry finish sauna coupled with ice machine works wonders for recovery! Complimentary tea and ice cold water really upped the overall experience. Recommend!

Spa with beautiful design and high-quality materials. Swimming pool with jets and waterfall, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, ice fountain, and complimentary drinks. Attentive and friendly staff.

+: Breathtaking view of the golf course and the hotel pool with the sea in the background -: Heavily chlorinated water in a rather confined space; it becomes quite stifling after a while 🌬 and my swimsuit is ruined—it's turned white in places due to the chlorine concentration.

The new Abama Spa is ideal for relaxing and unwinding as a couple or alone. It boasts wonderful views of the golf course and the resort, with the sea and La Gomera in the background. The materials and service are top-notch—pure luxury!

Very nice and clean spa. Just keep in mind that it's quite small and the pool could use a few more powerful jets.
