I had the luxury of a body salt scrub/massage with Guillermo. He is very professional, excellent at massage and I loved it! So much so, I’m treating myself to another holiday massage before leaving. I left feeling more relaxed than I have in months and my skin got a much needed treat. If you’re in doubt about booking, don’t be!

Had a fantastic 20-minute welcome massage from Guillermo. It was incredibly relaxing, and I’ll definitely be booking a full session before I fly home. I highly recommend Guillermo to anyone visiting!

I had a 45-minute relaxing massage and it was a great experience. My therapist Guillermo was very professional and made me feel comfortable from the start. The massage was calm, smooth, and really helped me release tension. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing! We did the couples' jacuzzi and full massage combo which included a glass of sparkling wine. Amanda Dorta and Claudia Dorta were very kind and professional. They asked about the pressure before and during the massage to ensure it suited us. Overall a great experience!

Worst Mani / Pedi. Do not use if you have BIAB. He destroyed my finger nails by filing off the BIAB with only an electric drill (no soaking) and I am now in constant pain as my nails are like tissue paper. He should not have attempted something he was unqualified for. Pedicure was also terrible, thankfully I only had normal polish so he hasn't done long-lasting damage on those, but wasn't done very well - about 10 seconds of filing / moisturising and not relaxing at all. He had the shakes which explains the poor finish.
I complained directly but it took them more than 24 hours to offer to go back to help try and solve the issue and I was no longer in the country. All in all, €110 euros for them to potentially permanently damage my finger nails and leave my feet in no better condition than before was very disappointing. They are simply not qualified for this service.
The hotel was amazing but the spa really let it down. Friends had facials who reported they seemed rushed and wouldn't recommend either.
