Hotel spa and wellness centre
4.5 (5)Costa Adeje

Bio-Spa Victoria is a polished hotel-spa choice in Costa Adeje, with spa circuit, private and family spa formats, massages, facials and body treatments. It suits visitors looking for a calmer, higher-end spa feel rather than a busy thermal club.
Guests who came for treatments speak well of Morgane's massage and facial work, the heated outdoor pool and the clean, high-quality setting. For day access or gift vouchers, be more precise before arriving: one low-rated experience is about waiting at reception and then not being able to use a voucher because the spa was full. If the circuit is the main reason to go, also ask whether all jet buttons and facilities are working.

I’ve been living in Tenerife for a few years now and have tried almost every spa in the south of the island, as well as several in the north. This high-end spa is one of the best on the island—and definitely my favorite. It’s modern and spotless, with a variety of saunas, both hot and cold pools, and a beautiful, lush outdoor area featuring a hot pool and Jacuzzi in the backyard. The atmosphere is always quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciate. Thank you to the entire spa team for your warm hospitality!

My partner and I visited today. He had a massage and I had a facial, both carried out by Morgane. It was wonderful. Morgane was friendly, had the softest hands in the world and I was really pleased with my treatment.
The spa itself is also really lovely, though when we visited the staff at the front desk were not very attentive. Also, within the spa itself people must have had champagne service but multiple ice buckets and glasses had been left out, despite those people no longer being in the spa. I would return for a treatment with Morgane and its a nice gesture from the hotel to include a free 1 hour spa circuit.

Really nice quality spa, my highlight was the heated outside pool which was lovely. We had a really lovely time. Only downsides for us were some of the buttons for jets not working, and it’s abit hard to find the spa, if you walk up from the GF Victoria on the right hand side you walk to where the road is but then turn left (it’s at the very back of the hotel) and there’s a metal gate and a call button which says bio spa but it’s not very obvious so leave a-bit of time before your spa session to actually find it.

My husband came to Victoria Bio Spa to buy a voucher as a gift for me. Waiting in the front of the door at the street for close to 15min. Then waiting at the reception for 30min, as they didnt know how to print the voucher and just very unorganised. So he got the voucher to use in 2 days. When we both came to use the voucher on the day they said that the spa is full and that we can’t use it this day after we got a babysitter to enjoy 3 hours of spa and a massage. We were very disappointed, no ‘We’re sorry’ nothing. Very bad organisation of the spa and the elevator was not working either but the hotel seemed very nice though
