A must visit place if you are plannig to go in north tenerife, beautiful town with colorful and nice vibes, alawys better to visit in evening or sunset time so you can have nice lights and get nice photos

You have to love how Spain values their heritage and catholic traditions. San Cristobal is a testament to the catholic church and its ability to overcome its problems and strengthen its roots in places like Northern Spain. Catholics are still involved in traditional practices and extremely accepting of tourists and people from all walks of life. The church's history and continuing presence in the everyday life of its parishioners is really awe inspiring.

The old and still beautiful part is overcrowded by respectless tourists and the rest is just awful. Noisy, stinky and the ugly and meaningless modernist architecture takes over here as well. Not worth to visit, it gives by far more beautiful places on that island!
