Fantastic from start to finish. They may not be the cheapest when searching for a rental car but I booked through Sanasty for the confidence that we would have the best all round experience and service and more importantly felt safe hiring a car with no hidden extra or charges. Car was in fantastic condition and spotlessly clean, delivered and collected seamlessly from our hotel. We were also actively encouraged to take photos and videos of the car as did they on drop off and collection so any previous damage was reordered and date stamped and could not be blamed on us.

Great prices, great vehicles and great service. We booked online for hotel delivery. Car turned up on time, delivered by Annika who was friendly, polite and explained everything. Encouraged me to take my own photos / videos of the cars condition which was good apart from a couple of scratches. She also offered some great advice on driving and parking in Tenerife and told us how to contact the office in case of any issues or queries. Also provided us with a leaflet for trips etc which we didn’t use to be honest but I’m sure that service would be just as good. Part way through the holiday we decided to extend the rental by another day or rent another car for a day if not possible to keep the existing. A quick phone call to the office (easy to find as Annie had given us all the info) and we extended the vehicle we had for just €30 more. Prices were much better than the ‘big’ multi national companies and as mentioned the car we had (Seat Arona) was in good condition and clean. Returning the vehicle was easy as we just had to leave the key with the hotel reception for collection. A great experience and if I come back to Tenerife, I would 100% be contacting Sanasty for another hire car. Service, staff, vehicles and prices all exceptional quality. Thanks

This was our first car rental experience and Sanasty made it a very positive one. Kate dropped off the car to our hotel at the requested time. She was very polite, explained everything perfectly, and reassured us that Sanasty would be there to support us if we had any issues or questions. We rented the Hyundai i10 automatic for 24hours for a very reasonable price, and got the extra insurance for only €15 for more peace of mind. The car was almost brand new so in perfect condition and the interior was spotless. We were glad to have the automatic when trying to get used to driving on the opposite side of the road, though it did struggle a bit on the hills around Masca (still glad we chose the smaller car though as it was easier to maneuver on the tiny roads). We completely forgot to fill out the check out form (car was due to be collected from hotel at 9am, we had it parked up ready to go from 11:30pm the night before after refilling the fuel, just forgot about the form until 10:30am) so we were in a bit of a panic thinking we’d be charged the late fee but the girl on the phone was so nice and the team collected the car afterwards without issues. Overall a great experience and if we return to Tenerife we will definitely be using Sanasty again. Thank you!

Our car was delivered & efficiently handed over by Robin. A helpful guy who spoke our language & made sure we were happy with the cars controls & Sat Nav. The process of both booking & receiving our car was excellent. Slightly disappointed by the damage to the cars exterior & fuel level. However, that doesn’t reflect our satisfaction with Robins handover. The car is being returned with more fuel in the tank than we had at handover. Our loss. Hopefully the car collection will be all ok at the car is parked outside the hotel entrance due to insufficient space. Thank you Robin.

First time we’ve hired a car abroad and couldn’t fault it. Great quick service, car was exactly as described. We rented the Hyundai i10 and it was in great condition inside and out. Very friendly and helpful staff, we’re planning on coming back to Tenerife to explore the island more so will definitely be using Sanasty again!

Found sanasty on TikTok and so pleased I did. Car was in the carpark waiting for me on arrival and I was on my way from the airport minutes after grabbing my cases! Zero deposit no huge credit card hold just paid what they quoted me and everything was sorted! I stayed in the north of Tenerife so instead of driving all the way to the office in los cristianos to pay for the car I just called them the next day and paid over the phone. And the car was fantastic too couldn’t fault anything about the service or the vehicle I will absolutely 100% use again next time I visit Tenerife! I see a lot of comments saying it’s expensive but I don’t think the €260 I paid for a week with zero fuss and zero queuing at a desk was expensive! Literally the best car hire place in Tenerife.

Good overall. I prefer to deal with small independents if possible so, although, not the cheapest I was happy to hire a car from Sanasty. The collection arrangements also drew me to them as it totally bypasses any queues at the hire desks on arrival ( big bonus ). We hired a VW Tiago the condition of which was a little disappointing it has to be said. Damage to a front wing and down both sides, nothing safety related however so I let it slide. Gearbox was quite sloppy with signs of mount wear but it was perfectly serviceable but would have expected better. When we dropped the car back at the airport I noted some new damage to a trim/bumper at the rear which I previously hadn't seen. I tried to send a photo to Sanasy via their app but it would only allow me to attach 1 photo ( car location ) Before we arrived home I got an email from Sanasty pointing out the new damage and asking for me to contact them. I contacted them the following morning where I was asked for €350 to cover the new damage. There was no point in claiming as the Sanasty insurance carries a €500 policy excess. As an vehicle damage assessor i checked the rough cost of the damage and decided €350 was fair so I paid up. Overall I'm happy enough with the service but a little disappointed with the car's condition on collection. To then be charged "retail money" to repair a car that was already damaged I feel less happy with and it may make me look elsewhere next year. Sanasty markets itself as very much a premium brand which, on reflection, I don't feel they fully live up to.

I hired a red Fiat Panda for three days and was very disappointed with the condition of the vehicle provided.
The car had over 81,000 miles on the clock and was supplied with only around a quarter of a tank of fuel, meaning I had to refuel it almost immediately after collection.
The biggest issue was the condition and drivability of the vehicle. First and second gear were extremely difficult to engage, and reverse gear was also problematic, often requiring several attempts to find it. Driving the car felt more like a constant battle with the gear stick than a normal driving experience.
In addition, the vehicle was unusually noisy. The engine and road noise were so excessive that it sounded more like driving a motorbike than a modern rental car. This made longer journeys uncomfortable and raised concerns about the overall condition and maintenance of the vehicle.
The car also struggled significantly on uphill roads and lacked power when climbing inclines. While it performed adequately on downhill sections, this did not make up for the poor driving experience overall.
By the time I fully appreciated the extent of these issues, I had already filled the fuel tank and started my journey, so I decided not to return to exchange the vehicle. However, I would have expected a rental car to be properly maintained, safe, and comfortable to drive.
Based on my experience, this was one of the poorest rental vehicles I have ever been provided with. I would encourage the company to carry out more thorough maintenance checks and ensure vehicles are presented in a condition that meets reasonable customer expectations.
