Tasca Faracho

I purely found this spot by luck since it was close to my accommodation in La Laguna and was looking for a place to grab lunch! Definitely one of the best culinary experiences one can ask for. The service was friendly, the presentation of the dishes was flawless, and the flavor cannot be described in words. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

Ecxellent authentic canarian food and wine. Great and friendly competent service. Very good value for money. Highly recommend. We ordered the Jamon Iberico belotta, confit asparagus and the pork shank (Codillo de cerdo on salsa) - it was huge and for at least 4 people I would say.

According to the reviews — and my own experience — this is by far the best restaurant in La Laguna, and maybe even on all of Tenerife. It’s a small and intimate place, so without a reservation you might only get lucky with a seat at the bar. The interior is charming, with wine bottles lining the ceiling, and the service is warm, personal, and delivered with a smile and a wink. Dining at Tasca Faracho was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.
