Nexo by Truly Asia is a small family-run Asian restaurant near La Laguna, with a compact menu shaped by Southeast Asian flavours rather than one single cuisine. Reviews praise fresh cooking, friendly service, gyoza, ramen chicken noodles, prawn pad thai and a kitchen that can leave hot sauce on the side when the heat is serious.
Not every dish lands equally well. One visitor found the tom yum too mild and the room a little cold, and another thought the bao needed more filling. Ask what is best that day instead of ordering the whole table from memory.

Great Great Great place. Certainly not expected given it's location and somewhat 'out of place' for the island normal food selections. Service was impeccable; personable, kind and super friendly. The food was nothing less than amazing as we enjoyed one great dish after another. I suggest asking for the 'hot' on the side as the hot is indeed 'hot'. Everything is made fresh, and to that point, the memory we walked away with was the chef in sight of the tables is back there cranking on a pepper grinder over a plate she clearly making with love. It's a beautiful thing!

This is an exceptional restaurant serving Thai and similar style food. Definitely worth a visit. I had the gyoza and ramen chicken noodles. My partner had a bao bun and prawn pad thai. We come from Manchester and so eat a lot of Thai food, but this was head and shoulders above what we have had at home. It's family run and super friendly. Highly recommended!

Great Asian restaurant in Tacoronte
They have a small menu with items from different SEA countries. The chefs are from the Philippines
Most our dishes tasted good. However, a bit disappointed by their bao which was only a bun with some meat, nothing else.

I’ve mixed impressions overall after visiting this place.
I tried the tom yum soup and the bao bun with meat.
The bao was really tasty: soft dough, juicy meat, and a well-balanced flavor. The tom yum, however, was quite mild and lacked the depth and spiciness I expected.
The service was simple — nothing bad, but not particularly warm or attentive either. The interior is calm and minimalist with some Asian touches, but it felt a bit cold and impersonal.
