Outstanding view of the ocean. Really wonderful bacaloa with potatoes. The fried cheese coated in gofrio (queso rebozado con gofrio) was delicious. Nice salad.
Creative Spanish restaurant
4.7 (5)Garachico10-20 €

Cañada de Garachico Espacio Gastronómico is a small, family-run restaurant built around creative Spanish sharing plates: tumbet mallorquín, stuffed bread with bacon and cheese, and beef tenderloin with mushrooms and gouda are among the dishes on a menu designed for a table to share several plates rather than order individually. It is genuinely popular locally, and getting a table without a reservation can mean a real wait or a full house.
Visitors consistently praise the shrimp, croquettes, canary potatoes and seafood rice, along with quick service even during busy periods, and the owner is repeatedly mentioned as personally welcoming. Feedback is not perfectly uniform, though: at least one visitor found the seasoning off across several dishes on one visit, so treat that as a possible off night rather than the typical experience.

Absolutely delicious meal, all our dishes were fabulous! We had the fried/grilled cheese with honey sauce, ravioli with langustine, and secreto iberico (pork with chips and some vegetables and herbs) + lava cake and 3 leche cake (or something). Again, all were delicious 😋 The restaurant is family business (I assumed), and they are very welcoming and kind people. Also, all our dishes were brought quick, you can really apreciate that when you are on a tight schedule.

I dreamed of going to this restaurant for two years, but I couldn't because there were always too many people, the restaurant is always full, no free tables and people always in the queue. But today we were lucky to get there. And now I understand why it’s always full. The food was fantastic there it’s was so tasty and very nice looking dishes, i just can’t stop eating :))) We ordered good wine, shrimps, croquettes, salad, meat and special bread with some tasty filling inside, it was all very, very good. I had a coffee drink for dessert - Baraquito as i couldn’t eat anymore, we was so full )) And also we really liked the service from the owner of the restaurant, she make us very welcome. We will definitely come again of course if it will be free tables on that day ;)

Amazing diner and so tasty, we had shrimps sautéed with garlic, croquettes with chicken, canary potatoes, so good rice with sea food, authentic food with good local dry white wine served by a friendly staff, even the cook came out to say hi 😊🙏👍

The location was amazing, the staff was nice. We tried salad, shrimps, prawns and veal tenderloin. The food, even salad was not tasty at all. The seasoning was bad. The mushroom sauce tasted strange. The chips was saggy. I don't recommend it.
