Used Paul's services for 12 days on a recent trip, delivered on time no issues and collected. Had a breakdown on first one, when I called they were with me in about 10 minutes with a replacement. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic dealing with this company. Very helpful on the phone. I booked 2 scooters for my parents who were staying at the Arona Gran, Los Cristianos. Turned up on time for the drop off and pick up. Thank you, we will book again.

Fabulous service. Had booked mobility scooter to be delivered to our hotel so it was there when we arrived at hotel. Phoned Paul when leaving airport and when we arrived at the hotel it was there ready and waiting. Could not ask for better service. Would certainly recommend this firm.

Would highly recommend using Paul Goldney Services for hiring mobility scooters whilst visiting Tenerife. The scooter was delivered in a timely fashion to our hotel as requested and I was delighted to find that the scooter was brand new and had only been used once before me for 8 days. Paul told me that I would be able to get to Los Cristianos and back to our hotel in Costa Adeje on the one charge, although I did not put this to the test. The scooter was great for getting around and meant that I could get out and about, instead of being hotel bound, and helped me have an enjoyable holiday experience. Although parts of Costa Adeje are quite hilly the scooter managed the terrain without any problems. We are thinking of going back to Tenerife in April or May and will definitely use Paul for my scooter hire.

Really fast service! In about 30 minutes from ordering a scooter Paul delivered it to our hotel. We had an accident with a wheel and Paul showed up within 10 minutes to replace the scooter. For someone with disabilites to have the opportunety to hire a scooter, the holiday is much more fun. I could keep up with my family and did not have to be the one that impede the others.
