Excellent service! Highly, highly recommended.

I hired a scooter for two weeks and the one that was provided was state of the art - all singing, all dancing (and quick too). Sadly it wasn’t suited due to my disability.

I contacted Jose to ask if they had an alternative, and rather than me return to the hotel, Jose came out to where I actually was (near the beach) and provided me with a more suitable one (their scooters have GPS tracking).

Even on the time/day the scooter was due to be collected, Jose allowed me keep hold of it for a couple of extra hours.

This is the best Tenerife scooter company I have ever used, and I’ve been coming here for many years.

Excellent service from Jose! The original mobility scooter I booked was a little too small (I am over 6ft tall) Jose saw this immediately when he delivered it to my hotel and replaced it with a bigger one the same day. Would highly recommend this company for hire of a mobility scooter.

Absolutely fantastic service. Hired a 4 wheel walker (rollator). Lovely gentleman delivered it free to my hotel within 2 hours of emailing them. Arranged for it to be collected from hotel reception after I had left ensuring I had the use of it right up until I left for the airport. Highly recommended

Great deal when rented for 2 weeks. The mobility scooter I rented was smaller than my own in the UK, but that was the only one that could break down to get in boot of the car. The battery was really good. Despite long walks, the charge lights stayed on green most of the time, even manoeuvring the many hills. The mobility scooter itself has seen better days and was a bit rusty, but it more than suited its purpose. The guy from whom I rented was lovely to do business with.
