Truly great service. This is how all rent a car companies should work. There is no deposit, everything goes really easy. They give you the key, the agreement, and you can drive. The cars are new, well maintained. When returning the car, the procedure is as simple as it can possibly be. You simply park the car, return the keys and tell them the car park number and that’s it. No fuel control, no deposit return/hold, no “you are 15 minutes late for drop off” nonsense or any other nonsense. Really great service. The prices are very reasonable, I can also say very cheap prices compared to other companies in Europe. Also, included in the price is full insurance, no excess. The booking process is also easygoing. You can pay in advance or pay there, no pressure from their side. You can also cancel/modify the booking at no extra cost. I am fascinated by the service provided. I will say it again, this is how every rent a car company should work. Great job CICAR, please continue this way

My first time renting a car ever! But it was a perfect experience. Booked online, we took the key from the office in the airport and paid a small sum as a guarantee for the fuel. We booked an Opel astra and we got an Alfa Giulia Q4 2023 with 280hp. The only minus i can think of it's that the car was a bit dirty on the central console, it was clear that that zone was not cleaned in a while. Returned it easily in 1 minute, got my guarantee back on my card. Definitevely will rent here again.

Had an excellent experience booking a car with them. The car was clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did the pick up at TFN/north airport and drop off at TFS/south airport. Return was easy with no hassles. I recommend.
