UDON Meridiano

The food was really tasty and especially the vegane rice meal I had was really filling and a good portion size. We thought that the chairs outside were a bit uncomfortable but all in all it was a delicious meal. I'll probably come here again as the vegan option really convinced me. The prices are a bit higher than in other restaurants but I think that it's worth it.

Last night at Udon, Claudia provided exceptional service! She was incredibly warm and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed with a genuine smile. Her recommendations were excellent, and she checked on us just the right amount. The food was delicious, but her hospitality truly made our evening special. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Good service ambiance and food. Prices are ok and the portions lean on the smaller side. I really love the anti animal suffering products. The alcohol-free cocktail is unique and tasty. 4.1 stars, I recommend eating here if fullness isn't your number one priority.

I ordered miso soup, which was okay, rice, normal one and tataki. It was a good meal. My boyfriend had his udon which was also tasty. The menu is poor for sushi, you have to add more definitely. But a lot of vegetarian options, I was impressed. The atmosphere was very load, which is logically as it is shopping mall 🥹

Have been looking forward to come here for a long time based on the reviews. We were four and when we arrived we were there only clients (19:45) and it stayed that way until we left more than an hour later.

The staff were friendly but service was very poor and after our orders were taken and food delivered, no one came back. At one point I was walking around clearly digging for a menu and no one even bothered to help. Even paying I had to go inside to ask for a bill (remember that no one else was there).

The food was extremely disappointing and it's hard to understand why the reviews are so positive. Maybe we got a bad chef? Three different ramen and udon options were tasteless and small (15 EUR for half a bowl) and the curry rice we ordered barely had any curry and was basically a bowl of rice with a little curry topping).

Finally it's extremely overpriced for what it is. 3 bowls of ramen / udon, 2 small pieces of spring rolls, 2 curry rice, 2 waters and 2 beers came to 93 EUR.

You can easily find better value for money at any cheap Asian take away. Very disappointing...

UPDATE - the reply I received from the restaurant instructed me to submit an email about this. I did but
