Fujiyama Japanese Restaurant

A very nice and chill place to have dinner, especially if you’re a Japanese food lover. We had dinner here, and it was extremely delicious with generous portions. Great value for money. I highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy delicious Japanese food! The staff was very kind, friendly, and spoke English.

Very nice restaurant! Quiet , a bit dark , we have a very nice evening dinner here! Teriyaki chicken was super tasty! Also dumplings and dragon roll super delicious!

We visited the Fujiyama in Santa Cruz two times now. The waiters are very friendly and polite and even greeted us the next day when we visited a restaurant on the other side of the street, the next day. The restaurant has been decorated very carefully. From the cherry blossom decoration on the ceiling, the light setting, the plates and of course the lovely music playing in the background. Everything creates a setting for a great dinner. Of course the most important part is the food. The food is great. One of the best sushi restaurants I visited in the canary islands. I personally can recommend the tuna tartar and the butter fish nigiri. To be honest, nothing is a bad choice! The restaurant does not have many tables, when we visited for the first time, we had to wait 5 minutes. Which was no problem of course. I can't wait to go there again :)

I patronized Restaurante Japonés Fujiyama while visiting Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. It was a beautiful day, so I decided to sit outdoors. The restaurant has a high-end look and the service was excellent, with staff proficient in English. Both dishes I tried were good, and there are plenty of options on the menu for those who may not be fond of traditional Japanese cuisine. Prices are on the higher side, but considering the location, the quality of service, and the delicious food, I found them reasonable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tenerife.
