i would rate this restaurant a 6/5. coming from nyc - this restaurant felt like a michelin star restaurant. you can tell there was heart, soul and a lot of thought in everything that is being done here. we are everything and left no scrapes. the tuna tare tare is a must, the fresh fish is also a must. you must also get the brownie for dessert.

We had a great experience! The lobster paella was absolutely delicious, but the portion was huge — we’d recommend sharing it between at least three people.
The tuna ceviche was excellent, fresh and full of flavor. The service was also very good — friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

We visited El Pescador twice during our stay in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, and both times the food was absolutely excellent. Everything we tried from the fresh fish, paella, steak, and pasta was delicious and cooked perfectly. We were served by Eduardo and Sabine, who were both incredibly friendly and professional. They made us feel very welcome and added to the great atmosphere. We also went to a few other restaurants in Puerto de la Cruz that actually had better reviews than El Pescador, but their food was, at best, average. El Pescador really stood out for its quality, flavor, and service. A fantastic restaurant highly recommended! We’ll definitely come back on our next visit to Tenerife.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Really recommend ordering papas arrugadas which is being served with two mojo sauces. I ordered paella for me and it was served to my plate from a big pan, great experience, was very tasty. Girlfriend ordered specialty fish which was falling apart under little pressure of the fork. Truly amazing experience
