Good sushi at Playa de Americas. Fresh integrents a and a lot of different composition of rolls. For me the best were special nigiri with scallops or foie. Amazing. Rolls with panko shrimps were so so. Good contact with crew by email.

We had the best meals here during our stay in Tenerife. The food is phenomenally good (flavors, texture, presentation). The location is small and secluded from the big tourist crowd which is great for a quiet meal. It is a gem and a must !

Lovely atmosphere and chosen music! The owners are very welcoming and kind. The food itself is also AMAZING. The rice tastes so good and you can just taste the quality of how it is prepared just right! The fish used for the sushi is very fresh and also has an amazing flavor to it! They present everything so lovely on the plate, it looks super delicious and neat! Overall amazing, 10/10 and would for sure recommend!!

The service was genuinely good: friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the meal.

However, the sushi itself felt very entry-level and heavily focused on cooked rolls, clearly aimed at people approaching sushi for the first time rather than those looking for traditional or refined flavours. There was very little emphasis on the quality of raw fish, which is usually the heart of good sushi.

Given the pricing, we expected something more special. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to that expectation, and the value for money felt off.

Overall, a pleasant experience in terms of service, but the sushi itself was underwhelming for the price.
