About

Mrs. Miyagi's is an Asian urban kitchen in Playa de las Americas for ramen, dumplings, chow mein, curries, crispy chicken and cocktails rather than a quiet traditional restaurant. Reviews are strongest on the Sui mai, ramen, beef curry, chilli crispy chicken and a room where the music still allows conversation.

It works well for groups and families who want shareable Asian dishes, including children who like spice bags and bolder flavours. Feedback is mostly warm, but one review raises a serious service and hygiene concern, so keep expectations realistic and watch how busy the room is.

Visited twice 1st visit was outstanding service was on point food was impeccable taste and flavours in each dish was full of flavour dishes ordered in the pictures was Sui mai for starters👌 chicken chow mein and ramen bowl. Our second visit we reserved a table on both occasions as it does get busy due to the location food was a pass on the second occasion we did visit during peak time for starters we ordered the salt and pepper sui mai but we prefered the original sui mai packed and full of flavour (1st visit) then for the main Chicken chow mein as it was so good the first time but second visit lacked flavour but we added extra soy sauce which enhanced the flavours. (Photos from our 1st visit).

Than you for all! We are going home happy and with full stomachs, and we will definitely come back again. We love our favorite waitress, Réka. We also celebrated a birthday and received a complimentary dessert. They sang to us in several languages, welcomed us with a candle and applause, and they even prepared balloons for us.

We had a fantastic meal at Miyagi’s in Tenerife! We visited with our two kids, and they absolutely loved their spice bags — full of flavour and just the right amount of heat for them. The adults were just as impressed: the beef curry was rich and delicious, and the chilli crispy chicken had the perfect crunch with a great kick of spice. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. On top of that, the restaurant is spotless — really clean and comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Miyagi’s for families or anyone looking for tasty Asian food and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!

A quietly impressive dining experience The atmosphere at Mrs. Myagis sets the tone from the moment you sit down: relaxed, unhurried, and comfortable. The sangria was refreshing and well-balanced — not overpowered by alcohol — and a fitting companion throughout the meal. The music played at a volume that actually allows for conversation — a detail more restaurants should master. The fact that smoking and vaping are prohibited inside was a welcome bonus. Service was genuinely attentive without being intrusive. Two waiters made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal, and one of the waitresses stood out in particular — warm, clearly interested in her guests, and generous with recommendations. On her suggestion I ordered the rice with eggs alongside the katsu curry, which turned out to be an excellent call. On to the food: the vegetable spring rolls were visibly freshly made — the vegetables inside still had a proper bite to them, and the dipping sauce complemented them well. The katsu curry is listed as a hot dish, though I'd call that a touch cautious. I asked for a little extra spice, and it was delivered without fuss. The yuzu cheesecake was light, with a clean citrus

Had dinner here last week, waitress honestly had serious attitude problem as did woman behind the bar. Food was ok, spice bag wasn’t great at all, pretty tasteless and a lot of the “shredded chicken” was pieces of batter with no chicken in it. Also waiter in the last picture was moving food around on the plates on the collection counter with his hands, no very hygienic really
