Pizzeria GuGioCa does not need much decoration: the reviews are about pizza. Guests praise thin crunchy bases, a showy volcano pizza big enough for two or more, bufalina, pepperoni and takeaway pizzas ready in about ten minutes. Pasta also appears strongly, especially tagliatelle with truffle cream and lasagne.
It is a relaxed, slightly out-of-the-way Costa Adeje stop rather than a polished resort dining room. That is part of why the value works. Come for big portions, reasonable prices and a fast pizza fix; add tiramisu or strong coffee if you want the full Italian comfort-food ending.

This place is out of the way and looks like nothing remarkable, but it was by far our best meal during our week stay. We got the (flashy) volcano pizza, but also a bufalo mozz pizza, gnocchi, aubergine parmigiana, bruschette and a panzarotto. Everything came out hot and fresh. The red sauce was truly outstanding. Incredible flavor from a humble pizza joint. Staff was warm and friendly. And the volcano pizza was a fun show stopper. Highly recommend!

The pizza here is excellent, prices are reasonable and portions large. Many pizza kinds to choose from. The volcano pizza looks super cool and is very big (easily for 2+ people). I recommend coming here.

Take-away possible! We ordered 2 pizza’s to take away for 25 euro’s. Very fast service, they were ready in 10 mins. Amazing pizza’s, very thin crunchy crust, delicious tomato sauce and cheese. We only sat in the restaurant when waiting on our pizza’s. There was some music playing (moderately loud) and about 3 tables with people quietly talking. Not sure about the athmosphere, but the food is amazing! Would recommend!
