About

Delhi Darbar is a Costa Adeje Indian restaurant with a strong run of positive feedback for flavourful curries, generous service and a warm welcome even when the room is busy. Several visitors compare the food favourably with Indian cooking they know.

It is a better fit for a relaxed late lunch or dinner than an early meal, opening daily at 14:00. The poppadom accompaniments receive more mixed comments than the main dishes, but the core curry experience is consistently strong.

Absolutely loved Delhi Darbar! The food was honestly incredible—packed with flavour, perfectly cooked, and easily one of the best curry spots I’ve had in a while. Everything we ordered was spot on from start to finish. The atmosphere was really nice and the staff were super friendly too. Definitely one of those places you’re already thinking about going back to before you’ve even left—deffo will be visiting again when I’m next back!

Absolutely incredible Indian food — some of the most delicious dishes I’ve ever had. The smell was so good that I started eating before I could take a proper photo. The team welcomed us with so much warmth and love, it felt like home. Every bite tasted like heaven. A must-go when you are in Tenerife. I will really miss this place ❤️

Really good food that reminded me of food I'd find in Delhi itself. The service was very warm even though the restaurant was extremely busy. The servers were able to get us a few extras that we wanted to add to our meal after getting our food quickly and without any problems. The atmosphere is appropriate for a good family meal.

We decided to eat here tonight as I’d passed the restaurant at their previous premises back in January but never visited! The staff are really friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. Our waiter Sing had a brilliant sense of humour…especially when I asked for a small beer…see pics! Would highly recommend for fab food and a great atmosphere.

A very enjoyable meal

We ordered a G&T and a beer and as expected the G was heavily poured.

We started with a popadom tray which was fine, the onions and mint yogurt were a bit bland but the mango chutney was nice

The mains were great. We shared a chicken dhansak and a butter paneer. The sauce on both was delicious so they would be equally great with whatever filling you choose.

We also got a side of pilau which was standard and then a garlic cheese nan which was delicious and a butter nan which was fine.

Curry’s are served on candle lit holders to keep them warm.

The staff an incredibly attentive.
