Panna Cioccolato is a Los Cristianos gelato stop with decent portions, shaded outside seats and a few less-sweet flavours that work well when the ice cream is on form. Dark chocolate, yoghurt and Raffaello are the flavours that stand out most clearly in reviews.
Recent feedback is mixed on waffle quality and gelato texture, so this is not the safest dessert pilgrimage in town. It works best as a convenient ice-cream stop when you are already nearby.

Best ice cream / gelato in the area. Very tasty and smooth. Value for money and decent portion sizes. Came multiple times during our holiday. Shame we wasn't staying in Los Cristanos otherwise would have visited even more.

Greatest ice-cream shop in the world? Definitely maybe. For low sugar go for dark chocolate or yoghurt flavour if you can handle the sugar (I can't) try the others. All delicious

Great selection of ice cream flavours! I had Rafaello and it was excellent! Good price too There were a few seats outside to sit away from the bustle, and in the shade (around 2pm)

What happened? We used to come here every time we’re in Tenerife. Gelato was amazing in 2023 and 2024. But this year… it’s too icy, to watery and has no flavor. Seems like I’m eating regular ice-cream from a supermarket. I hope I can edit this review once this gelato gets back its flavour and texture.
UPDATE: we tried it again after a week and the texture really got better, but the flavor is gone. You can’t even feel pistachio which is quite strong taste in general. I feel disappointed.

Worst waffle I have tried in my life and I say tried because I paid 6€ and threw it in the trash. They didn't even make it they just put it on the crepes pan to warm it. The ice cream was bad as well but nothing that the crap they call waffle
