About

Gelato Fortuna is more useful than a standard resort ice-cream stop because coffee matters here too. Reviews point to Italian-style espresso, European-style lattes, homemade ice cream, sorbets, crepes and waffles, with chocolate ice cream getting especially strong praise.

The practical details are good: flavours have allergen labels, vegan options are clearly mentioned, and the Gelato Wheel of Fortune gives children a small extra reason to enjoy the stop. Service is usually described warmly, although one review found the timing uneven when coffee and cake arrived apart.

Coffee matters here: Italian-style espresso and European-style lattes get real praise.

Homemade gelato, chocolate ice cream, sorbets, crepes and waffles make it more useful than a basic ice-cream counter.

Vegan options and clear allergen labels are practical advantages for mixed groups.

One review mentions uneven timing when coffee and cake arrived apart.

best place in this area if you want a cup of perfect italian style espresso or European style latte (with a lot of milk) and exquisite home made ice-cream (+bonus game each time you buy ice-cream). This is a perfect place for a good coffee connaisseurs. The owner is a coffee master.

I’m not one for exaggeration so when I say they have the best chocolate ice cream I’ve ever had, honestly delicious. I went for a nice crepe and ice cream not expecting anything spectacular but I enjoyed it so much I literally RAN back the next day. I made it just in time before closing and I asked is it too late to do a crepe and ice cream again for me at 3minutes until closing time. The gentlemen enthusiastically said ‘of course have a sit down and decide what you would like on the menu, I will come over in a moment and take your order’.

Lovely menu of fresh homemade ice creams, sorbets, crepes & waffles! Wonderfully hosted by George & his lovely wife. They spoiled my son after he spun the Gelato Wheel of Fortune for extra treats! Best ice cream in Tenerife, will 100% be back. Highly recommended. 5 Stars.

The ice cream shop has a clear allergen list for each flavor, which is very helpful. The ice cream was tasty, but the service was average. Despite there being no crowd, the coffee was served 5 minutes before the cake, which was a bit disappointing
