Small bakery with high quality products. The sourdough bread was very good and the chocolate croissant (napolitana) was delicious. The people who serve are very friendly and smiley. Worth going to even if you don't live close.

Amazing bread and palmiers - we are from Warsaw where we have a lot of bakeries with artisal sourdough bread and this bread was one of the best that i have eaten! Highly recommend this bakery, go and buy everything! ❤️ We will definately come back when we are in Santa Cruz.

The best bakery in the city and perhaps the best on the island. They have very good bread. Their pastries are also very good. Congratulations on the award for best bakery this year. They more than deserve it.

Let's see if they finally learn how to serve the public. It has never been their strong point, but today was the last straw. I am waiting in line; the shop assistant takes a call (something she should not do if there are people waiting there) and reserves products for the caller, without asking those of us who were there before whether that was what we wanted. Response to the owner's comment: it was not enough for your employee to apologize; she should have corrected it after having messed up
