Maria restaurante tapas

This was beyond fabulous. The service was great, the wine was great, the food was unreal. We were feeling the pressure of picking our dinner for our last night of our holidays and the setting here was beautiful. It was the exact tapas that we were looking for, although their mains looked great too, and the service was top notch. Coming from someone who orders garlic prawns at every restaurant I can happily say these are the best prawns in Tenerife!!!! We have been coming to Tenerife for years and are delighted to have found this gem. Will definitely be back and highly recommend to everyone.

Absolutely, by far, our favourite restaurant in Los Abrigos. The quality of the food is always top class. The quality of the cooking of the fish is always perfect. Sarah and her team always provide such a great service. If you are in Los Abrigos - make sure to eat here - it's brilliant.

If it was possible to give 6 stars I would.

We’ve only been coming to this part of Tenerife for the last 18 months, which for us is 2/3 times a year. We usually visit at least twice in our 14 nights. The food & the service just get better & better.

Maria & her staff go above & beyond to make your evening special.

Went for a dinner out here, without an upfront reservation, we were lucky to get a table inside, but right next to the open window.

The food is great and the service likewise. However, the personnel do speak very little English, and it may be challenging to understand each other.

We ordered a fresh seafood portion for 2 and drinks. On the menu, the price was approximately €17. However, in the bill it was stated as €30. My understanding is that it has a different price when the plateau is adjusted to 2 people. It would be nice to get this information upon ordering (since we didn’t notice it in the menu).

Besides the point above, I recommend this place for the food and the good view.

This restaurant was highly recommended and when I visited I was surprised at the very limited menu. Quite a few of the tapas were tuna based, not my favourite fish. However later on when I spoke to the person who gave me the recommendation and I visited the webpage I discovered that there was a much larger menu with a great variety of tapas. So make sure you get the correct menu. The location is superb by the sea and a very relaxing atmosphere. I was disappointed at my experience and perhaps I may visit again.
