Fiore Italianissimo

We had a fantastic experience at Fiore in Playa de las Américas celebrating a special birthday. The food and drinks were amazing – everything was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The service genuinely could not be faulted. The team were attentive, friendly and incredibly well organised. We were a large group and they even advised us in advance when our food would be arriving at the table, which was really appreciated and made everything run smoothly. Such a great atmosphere in a lovely setting – we’ll definitely be returning next time we’re in Playa de las Américas. Highly recommend!

Lovely decor. Great choices of food all deliciously made. Cocktails were yummy. Ezio was very friendly and helpful with choosing food. Whole experience was great from start to finish.

Andreas who served us our Cacio e Pepe from his table side cooking station really made our evening! He was such a friendly man with a lot of knowledge about the pasta and its origins! It was also absolutely delicious!

Our visit started on a positive note with a sangria that was genuinely excellent. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill from there. The lasagna was decent, nothing special but acceptable. However, the pasta bolognese was incredibly disappointing… it was completely flavorless, dry and tasted like nothing at all. We decided to send it back and order something else, thinking a carbonara would be a safe choice at an Italian restaurant. That turned out to be a big mistake. The sauce had been overcooked to the point where it resembled scrambled eggs—completely ruining the dish. In the end, two of the dishes were simply not edible, and one of us actually left the restaurant still hungry. The service only made matters worse. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, as if the restaurant had taken on far more tables than they could handle. While our food arrived relatively quickly, we noticed other guests waiting over an hour just for their starters. The waiters appeared confused, repeatedly asking us if dishes belonged to us when they clearly didn’t. There was a clear lack of coordination.
