About

Fine Salt, also seen in reviews as Sal Fina, is a small restaurant on a quiet Los Cristianos side street. The strongest pattern is not a single strict cuisine label, but a personal room with burgers, pasta, Iberico pork, homemade desserts, good wine choices and service that can handle a group without making the meal feel rushed.

It suits a relaxed dinner away from the loudest promenade tables. Book ahead, especially in the evening: one visitor got a table only with a time limit, and another mentions a side area with just a few tables. Desserts get repeated praise, with brownie and tiramisu-style finishes standing out more clearly than the wider menu.

Guest review summary

Commonly mentioned by visitors.

Burgers with good ingredient balance, pasta, Iberico pork and homemade desserts give the small menu real range.

Brownie, tiramisu and wine choices are praised more clearly than a standard side-street restaurant would suggest.

Friendly service works well even for a large group when the room is organised.

The room is small, with some side tables less atmospheric; booking is useful for dinner.

I’ve been looking for a good burger in Tenerife for a long time, and I finally found one. The components of the burgers go really well together. I had the one with grilled aubergine and spicy salami, which I was a bit skeptical about at first, but it turned out great. The buns are soft and very light, letting the ingredients and especially the tasty meat patty shine. The Camembert could be cooked a bit longer next time, so it’s more creamy, but apart from that, pairing it with the onion jam it’s great What really stood out, though, were the homemade desserts. Even though I usually prefer something sour or fruity with brownies, the salted caramel was amazing. The tiramisu was light and perfectly balanced too.

Please book in advance! We got super lucky turning up just after 6pm and manages to get a table for 3 but had to be done by 8pm. Food was great for this little Italian style eatery in a quiet lane. I had a burger with goats cheese and caramelised onion jam! Served with yummy mini wedges. My partner had the I Erico pork which she really enjoyed and our daughter a yummy tomato pasta dish. The wise was fantastic too. We went with a choice from the owner and it didn’t disappoint. At €30 it was a steal! Pudding we yummy too although my brownie was too big 🤣

It was average in my opinion quite a limited menu and we had to ask for extra drinks , it's hard to have an atmosphere when you are sat in the side with only 3 tables . Dessert was the best part of the menu. For me my pasta was slightly under cooked but my partner didn't mind it. Food was ok, wine menu was good and reasonably priced
