MR. CHEN Ramen Experience is a Los Cristianos ramen spot for a hearty Asian meal rather than a polished specialist counter. The better reviews mention tasty broth, chashu, fresh ingredients, tacos and salads, with enough variety to make it useful beyond ramen alone.
Consistency is the issue. One review liked the broth but wanted more seasoning, another reports a long wait and poor coordination, and one is strongly negative on value. Go when you want ramen and have time; avoid it when dinner has to run to a tight schedule.

We came over for some ramens as spotting the new place seemed very appealing and we were in mood for something hearty and we had a fantastic experience, staff was very well organised and our ramens were top class, so so tasty with tasty ingredients and good quality. Service was attentive and we were seeing other dishes going out to neighbour tables and everyone was enjoying themselves. We will certainly be back soon to try more items of menu. There's not many good Asian restaurants near by so I'm super excited that there's a new quality place to go for great Asian food. Thank you all the team for fantastic lunch!

Had high expectations due to the reviews but our experience was not great. Table of just 2, not busy but I had finished my starter and main before my partner's starter had even appeared. All food was under seasoned, karaage needed another fry and it was very claggy, we could not finish it. Ramen had nice components; good broth, nice chashu but it was like the tare was missing completely, no flavour.

I genuinely wish I could give zero stars. We came here expecting a decent meal, but instead, we got an unforgettable experience for all the wrong reasons. First, the wait was completely ridiculous. We sat at our table for what felt like an eternity before anyone even acknowledged us, and the staff seemed completely unbothered. When the food finally arrived, it was entirely underwhelming and and not tasteful. The flavors were completely uninspired, the textures were mushy, and everything just felt lazily thrown together. It tasted worse than a cheap, frozen microwave meal. It is very expensive for what amounts to poorly prepared, low-quality food. You are essentially paying premium prices for an absolute disaster. Save your money, your time, and your stomach, and go absolutely anywhere else.
