We visited on New Year’s and left feeling disappointed and, frankly, a bit cheated.
The food itself was tasty, but the portions were seriously unbalanced. The Bulgarian main course was especially underwhelming, with very little meat compared to the vegetables, and did not justify the price at all. Paying over 150€ for a meal that felt closer to a 40€ experience is hard to accept, even considering it was New Year’s.
What was even more surprising was that the Spanish option on the menu was noticeably better than the Bulgarian main course. That raises a serious question about consistency and concept.
Service was also an issue. We waited almost an hour before receiving any food. I received my drink, but my wife didn’t get hers until I asked again more than 40 minutes later. That should not happen at this price level.
To make matters worse, the dessert my wife wanted was no longer available, despite us asking earlier if it could be ordered later and being told that it wouldn’t be a problem.
Overall, the evening did not match the expectations set by the prices. New Year’s or not, value and basic service still matter.
