100% recommend using this company from start to finish a brilliant experience.

The guys at MotoSur Were brilliant very friendly and approachable. They advised us the best bike to have for what we needed. We reserved it just the day before and then picked it up on the morning after we paid our deposit and then had a crash helmet Fitted on each of us, we then went upstairs and after a thorough explanation of how to use the bike correctly, we were provided A disc lock and a rear Box for storage really easy to use as the bike was keyless and the bike was to a very high standard. We did pay the extra for the insurance but that was very cheap, it gave me Piece of mind not for us, but for other stupid people that decide to hit your bike while you’re not with it. We only hired it for one day and took it back the next morning as we had done what we needed to do really easy to take back after a quick check our deposit was refunded to us there and then.

A brilliant experience will definitely be back to use this company again and would recommend everybody to do the same

These people could not have been more helpful! Really good scooter, made available on a Sunday, price included 2 helmets (and sanitary caps!), disk lock, helmet storage in the bike, insurance, recovery, a full-to-full fuel policy and unlimited mileage. They also super-helpfully provided a phone holder so I could use maps on the go. Deposit was back in my bank before I'd left the shop. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. We rented a scooter for our vacation at Motosur and were very satisfied. The scooter was top, ran without problems and also top case, second helmet and second driver (!) were already included in the price. For 5€ each the scooter was delivered to the hotel and picked up again. There was a 24-hour service in case of breakdowns, etc.. thank you very much! We will definitely rent again with Mattia on the next Tenerife vacation.
