About

Canary Ride is one of the more polished motorcycle-rental operations in the south, with a proper online booking flow and a fleet aimed at riders rather than casual scooter users. It suits people planning Teide, mountain roads or even multi-island riding, with models ranging from mid-size road bikes to larger adventure motorcycles.

Riders praise the condition of the bikes, easy handover and return, and staff who can work through the booking details clearly. The key planning point is the deposit and insurance choice: the official booking information puts refundable deposits in the 600-1000 EUR range for many models.

Just finished a week on Tenerife and a week on Gran Canaria riding solo on a Ducati Scrambler thanks to Canary Ride. This crew is awesome! They did everything they good to enable me to have my first ( but not my last) riding holiday in the Canaries. All through the process from start to finish I don't think it could have gone better. They did everything from providing a really good bike for island riding, to working with me to give a fair price, and make sure everything went smoothly. Great service everyone! If you haven't ridden here I can't recommend it enough and the weather is just perfect for motorcycling. I'll be back again all being well.

I rented a bike on two separate days in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The experience was very good overall. Aside from the obvious, the amazing roads and landscapes in Gran Canaria, the staff was really nice and professional. The two bikes I rented (MT-07, CB650r) were in excellent condition. No problems at all, and the parking in the evening outside working hours worked well. I am a German speaker, and two different staff members also spoke German, making it a lot easier. I received a little price reduction both times which was a pleasant bonus. Some small things to criticize: I wish there were middle class bikes like the MT-09, Z900 etc. While there are plenty options for travel bikes and smaller bikes, this would have been a nice addition. Also, the price is on the higher side compared to, e.g., the rental cars. I understand the bikes need a lot of service, but a slightly lower price would make something like a 4-5 day trip more affordable. Overall I definitely recommend this place for bike renting in Gran Canaria, and will probably come here next time as well. Greetings from Germany

Absolutely outstanding motorcycle rental – highly recommended!

The entire booking process through the website was incredibly easy, clear, and intuitive. Once on site, everything continued just as professionally: the handover of the bike was quick, smooth, and very well organized. The condition of the motorcycle was excellent – truly top-notch, you could tell it was very well maintained.

The return process was just as simple and hassle-free. This is exactly how a perfect motorcycle rental experience should be. I would rent here again anytime and can fully recommend this company!

Our experience with Canary Ride was very positive! We arrived without a reservation. Not that many bikes were available but they prepared a bike for us that just came back in the morning. The guys that operate the shop are friendly. The bikes are very nice and properly maintained. Also the riding gear that we rented was good quality. We will definitely come back in the future! 5 Stars!

Honestly, I don't know where to start.

The beautiful motorcycles in perfect condition, the great facilities, the excellent service, or just the simplicity of the entire rental and return process!

When I add in the roads that offer everything a biker could wish for—from technical sections and tight hairpins reminding me of the Stelvio, to long sweeping curves on perfect surfaces, all with scenery that changes every few kilometers—I'm not sure if this can be topped.

If you like adventure, the winter months add plenty of other surprises thanks to the changes in altitude. Probably my best vacation so far. 🙂"
