We had great and fast contact with Frederic. The bikes were prepared and really nice. We also got some route recommendations, and he was very flexible with picking up and dropping off the bikes. I would definitely rent bikes from Explora again.

By far the BEST, bike hire I have used on my Canary holiday on various islands.

Frederic ad his mechanic Pedro ae so professional. I used their ebike (NB. with extra battery to ensure Mt Teide can be achceived) which was pre set up before I arrived, a very small saddle level adustment to suit my style and I had 10 days of excellent cycling experiences.

Very convenient online booking and excellent communication with the staff. I made the reservation in the evening, and in the morning the bike was waiting, perfectly prepared. The bike itself was great on climbs that were quite challenging for me. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely come back as soon as I have the opportunity.
