Bike Experience Tenerife

I've used Bike Experience twice now and they have been brilliant both times. Excellent range of road bikes (and other types too), very friendly and helpful, and able to deliver/collect the bike to Los Gigantes for a reasonable fee. The booking process is simple and lets you specify details like pedal type, accessories you need, and where you would like the bike delivered to. A real pleasure to hire from them.

Thanks to Bike Experience Tenerife, I had the most amazing cycling trip :) Everyone was fantastic , have a great Customer Service,even before arriving at Tenerife, I had few questions, they were very responsive. I rented a bike from their store, they gave me excellent bicycle Bianchi, it was so comfortable for me and fitted me very well :), I have to say it was the best bike I have ridden before . The rides were carefully chosen for my ability where it is challenging to me to help me improve, and we have such strong great days in between there are some slightly easier days.( to help me recover.) the always provide hydration nutrition during the rides . Oscar he was our ride leader / guide , very experienced rider , keeps safety first , he knows all the good spots to stop at and have some coffee, we stopped at famous café, where all the famous riders has usually stops like:) I always felt confident and safe riding with Oscar :)

Also , I like to than Ivan ( manager ) for arranging all the bike experience rides , answering all of my questions and letting me try Bianchi bikes for the first time , he also gave me a lot of goodies .

Overall I am extremely satisfied with Bike experience rides , services and .. I definitely will ride with them again coming summer , recommending them for friends, family, and everyone that visit Tenerife

My wife and I hired road bikes for two days and the service from the Bike Experience Tenerife was second to none. From initial communication to returning the bikes, the staff were first class. We hired Giant Defy Advanced 1 and Advanced 0. Both had new tyres and cassettes, and were practically new bikes. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

I strongly recommend this bike rent / shop! The road bikes (like Giant TCR Advanced) are new, well maintained and most importantly light, so its good for climbing Teide climb, it will get you above the clouds for sure! :) It also has disc breaks, so its safe on the descents as well. The service is great! I was able to reserve the bike few weeks in advance (correct frame size and pedals as I asked) and when I came it was ready for me. The seat was adjusted to perfection as per my request. The bike experience website has suggestions on the routes which I used, so its very useful for tourists like me. I rented the bike for two weeks and I had a great time riding in Tenerife mountains. If I ever come back I will rent again for sure! Thank you for your professional service.

The best bike hire store I’ve ever used!

I’m from the UK and everything about this company is 5 star. They have the best selection of bikes with a choice and price to suit every budget. I hired a Bianchi Infinito for 3 days and was really surprised to see it was brand new! It was a 12 speed 105 disc road bike and very smooth. All of the components were brand new and it was also nice to see brand new tyres on the bike. Essential when taking on the fast descents of Tenerife.

Communication was perfect via (WhatsApp) and I sent all my bike measurements a week before and the bike was set up perfectly. I also hired power meter pedals (Assioma) and they were brilliant. Also hired a Garmin mount which is the proper out front mount. I stayed in Costa Adeje and the bike was delivered and collected by an official Bike Experience Tenerife car. The man delivering and collecting the bike was very friendly.

Will definitely use again because Bike Experience Tenerife did everything they said they would. Very reliable and professional company and I will be recommending this store to all my friends.
