I am very unhappy with the treatment I received because I took some curtains in to have the hem taken up. When I received them and took them home and hung them, I noticed, because light was coming through, some semicircular holes. I took them back so she could solve it for me and she told me she was not responsible because it was from placing something on the curtains. The curtains are thick and that type of semicircle is from a device that makes them, which she surely did unintentionally, but she does not take responsibility for them. On top of that, she did not provide me with the complaints book, which she is legally required to have in the shop. I will not go back.

If you want to throw your money away and have your clothes ruined, this is the place. They 'fixed' a pair of dark trousers for me using white thread. You can see a horrible square from the patch and, to top it off, the hole is still open! They did not even bother to darn the tear, they just put a piece of fabric underneath. A terrible and completely unprofessional job. If they do not know how to do invisible darning or denim repairs, they should say so instead of ruining customers' clothes.
