A Lawyer with Conviction

We originally searched for a lawyer who specialises in house related disputes, in particular mortgages and issues with the process of mortgages. We came across Nicolas who practices out of Puerto De La Cruz, which is in our region, so it made sense to go along with someone in close proximity. The reason we were looking for a lawyer, was because the mortgage broker we assigned ourselves to, in short, was very negligent, and [at the time] thought we had lost the house we were seeking to purchase, due to specific reasons and because we relied on the broker.

When we sought the services of Nicolas, we enquired on how to best approach filing a legal complaint (to a point, suing the broker) for negligence and further damages. Nicholas was a complete professional, much more than your average Spanish legal worker and very attentive. From the start he was very proactive, first asking us to send him the contract we had at hand. In short, he pointed out that we were still within legal rights to purchase the house and explained all the necessary steps in great detail. We then hired his full services to aid us in the purchasing of the house until the day of signing.
