We happened across Margarita within Marcos Cabrera when my Dad and I needed to sort out the will and property ownership transfer after my Mum died. Margarita sorted everything, including setting up a power of attorney, a new bank account, transferring direct debits, tracking down the will and advising on the documents we needed to get from the UK.
