I’ve visited Kivet in La Orotava several times recently with two cats I take care of and I’ve been very happy with the experience every time. One of the cats became seriously ill after catching a virus and received excellent care there. The team was professional, patient and genuinely caring. He recovered fully, and later also received his vaccinations and deworming treatment at the clinic. I later came back with another cat for vaccinations and routine treatment, and again everything was smooth, calm and well organised. Special thanks to Gonzalo for his kindness, patience and huge hearts for animals. You can really feel that he truly care. But honestly, the whole team has been fantastic. Appointments were always on time, which I really appreciated. Another big advantage is the location inside the shopping centre — parking is easy and stress-free. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for reliable and caring veterinary care in Tenerife.

Very happy with the services here, delivered promptly and efficiently, and very friendly too. Will recommend them to friends! And due to our limited Spanish it was really helpful to be able to discuss things in English, thank you so much
