I LOVED IT! I went today for the first time because my kittens had some little lumps on their tummies and, as it was my first experience with them, I wanted peace of mind. From the moment I arrived until I left, the treatment was incredible, both with me and with my little ones. The girls welcome you with so much kindness; they are super nice and approachable. They gave me completely personalized advice and advised me in the best possible way. My cats were calm throughout the whole consultation and left very relaxed, which says a lot about the atmosphere. Also, we loved the little gifts they gave us, such a nice touch! I am leaving today very happy, without a doubt a 10/10. I will trust this place again without thinking twice. I want to add that I am from Candelaria, where there is a wide variety of vets, but this has undoubtedly been the one that gave me the most confidence. Many thanks to the whole team ❤️

I also want to extend my thanks to all the professionals who work there. Each one contributes something valuable, and you can see the vocation and love for animals in everything they do.

Thank you from the heart for being there with us and for taking care of Enrique as if he were your own....and above all to his Jorge and to María for so much involvement, thank you again.

I have been taking my dogs to this vet since 2022. I have done all their consultations, vaccinations, annual checkups... etc. The other day one of my dogs got sick and I had to take her to another vet that was closer, with the "luck" that they told me my dogs are not vaccinated and have not received any treatment for heartworm, something super important and even more so in the Canary Islands, where we have the highest mortality rate in our animals from that disease. When I went to ask them, they told me that yes, indeed, they were very sorry but they had not received any kind of treatment for that, and that if I wanted, they would not charge me for the consultation, only for the tests to see if they have that disease, simply to shut me up. Obviously I said no. I prefer to pay whatever I have to pay rather than take them back to a "vet" who has never mentioned this disease to me, much less that prevention exists. I have never complained about paying whatever is needed for my dogs, and they do not care about our animals. I hope and wish that my dogs do not have this disease that, thanks to them, they may have. All this, to ask you that if you have been with them, check your booklets because
