I am giving one star because I can't give less. Unprofessional and outrageous! They just called my partner to cancel tomorrow's appointment because he had posted a negative review and expressed disapproval about the hour-and-a-half delay to his appointment.. I do not advise going to a place where there is a woman who, out of spite, thinks she can take revenge by canceling the appointment or worse, do your income tax return wrong.. There are many more agencies that work professionally, and this is not one of them.
