Be careful because I was asked for money upfront via Bizum for the installation of a water heater at my house, and the phone number that requested it, supposedly belonging to a technician, has this business's information in their WhatsApp status. Beware. Based on their response, it's not very professional to ask for everything upfront. First, if the customer doesn't know the company, at least half should be paid upfront, and the other half upon arrival to verify that the water heater is indeed the one they've brought.
