They repaired my water heater quickly and with great professionalism. The technician was punctual, explained everything clearly, and used original parts. Now the water heater works perfectly, heats quickly and without noises. Excellent service, totally recommendable. I give it a 10.

I wish I could put a minus number, not even 0. We have had the worst experience with this company. Maybe if you have a simple boiler installation it's ok but we had to fix our fridge. The first guy came out to our house and supposedly new what the problem was so gave an invoice for the new part and his call out fee, we paid the call out fee and half of the new part, the rest to be paid in a couple of days when he was supposed to come back to fit it. He never showed up, we couldn't contact him, the company took no responsibility at first.

Two technicians came to repair, look at my american Fridge freezer last week Saturday 15 Jan 2020...which I paid 80 euros for. One of the men was very rude asking me not to watch as he worked as it made him nervous. After a while he told me the problem was that the back was full of ice. After many calls to the office over two days to get the technician to call me he finally called on Tuesday and over the phone he said I should pay 336 euros for a part that needed to be ordered.
