From the very first moment, Lucy, the sales assistant, was exceptional: kind, patient, and with extensive product knowledge, she was able to perfectly advise me on choosing the curtains that best suited my home.

Furthermore, the technicians in charge of the installation did an impeccable job. They were punctual, professional, and very careful with every detail, leaving everything perfectly installed and clean. Their experience and commitment to quality were evident in their work.

Very pleased with the blinds fitted by D I La Oratava, and the friendliness of all the staff and the knowledge the products they sell. The blinds were fitted before the estimated time of fitting. My Spanish isn't the best so it was nice that Araceli spoke English it made the transactions so much easier and she was very very helpful, we would definitely buy from there again as their products are very good maybe prices are a bit higher but like anything you pay for what you get as the quality is really good including the service.

An angel, not a human being :) Araceli was helpful at every stage of choosing a sofa, bed, and mattress. She is professional in every respect. Her patient advice and smile made me know I had come to the right place. And it took hours. She was always available by phone.
