Horrible experience! I bought a couch however nobody informed that it was coming in one piece. They couldn't bring it up to my place and charged 50 euros for that. They are not refunded the amount nor is possibly to get a consumer complaint form. I believe what they are doing is not only bad service, but also not according to law.

Very very bad service. Im not buying here again.
I bought a fridge and it did not work. It took the mechanic 3 weeks to come. So i had to buy a new fridge because you cant really live without one. After that the fridge could not be fixed so i asked for my money back. That was not possible and i was forced to take a new one. After a lot of talking i got a voucher.
The "manager" is walking in the store in sweatpants looking like she has to pay from her own wallet. She was very unkind(would like to use other words but dont think it is apropiate).
Please think twice about buying household supplys that you use on a daily base it could become a big problem

Horrible service if the appliance doesn't work. Maybe the worst I've experienced.
They sold me a dishwasher that didn't work. They refused to take it back and the ensuing process lasted months of technicians visiting, charging parts, etc. Eventually they stopped responding and I simply gave up, defeated. It was never fully functional and I eventually sold it for parts.
