Perfect yoga spot! I spent a few months in Puerto de la cruz and loved the yoga in Tushala. The staff is very professional and speak english! Also the space is very clean and lessons are well organized. 🙏🏼 There are lessons for all levels of yoggies from easier Vinyasa classes to advanced Astanga. Also matts can be borrowed so no need to carry your own. I highly recommend trying the best yoga in Teneriffe!

Dropped in for a rocket yoga class. Victoria was very welcoming and keen to assist in helping me improve my poses. It was an enjoyable class and am glad I was able to attend.

I was doing Ashtanga Yoga with Daida for 2 month during my staying on the island. And she is an amazing teacher! But also I met the owner of the studio Sarabel and another teacher Arianna and I can say that they all are so full of love and so professional! THANK YOU FOR THIS STUDIO 💓 I wish a prosperity and growth to you, girls!

After trying different teachers and studios in Puerto de la Cruz, I finally found Tushala! It is almost a year since I am going there weekly. I really like all the styles and classes. The teachers are amazing, with passion and wisdom about the world of yoga. Moreover they organise always interesting workshops around holistic healing. I warmly suggest you to go there and stretch :)
