4.9 (5)Costa Adeje20-35 €

Sole Bistrot is a cosy Costa Adeje Italian restaurant where the best reviews are specific enough to be useful. Homemade ravioli is the main signal, especially prawn ravioli and beef ravioli, with Steak Rossini, house red wine and lava cakes giving the menu a richer dinner feel.
It is described as a surprise find rather than a flashy address. The room is cosy, the wine list simple, and the food strong enough that some guests returned twice during the same holiday. Choose it for a proper Italian dinner when pasta matters more than promenade visibility.

We booked a table based on Google Maps reviews and we were not disappointed.
Cosy, but very well located bistro. Nice selection of draft beer and simple, but good wine menu.
The venue was clean as were the toilets.
The beef carpaccio starter hit the mark as did our pasta dishes.
We will be back before the end of our trip for sure.
Thanks guys 🙌👍

Sole Bistrot was an incredible surprise. We stopped here by complete accident and ordered and appetizer to “test the waters.” The food was incredible! We got the prawn ravioli, steak and carbonara ravioli. Do yourself a favor and order the carbonara ravioli, it was one of the best things I’ve ever had! Can’t recommend this place more!!

REALLY GOOD homemade pasta ravioli. We had the two different raviolis and could not be more happy. The desserts lava pistachio and chocolate was also amazing! House red wine was very good! If you want authentic Italian food - look no further!

Great new Italian restaurant with very tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended. The Steak Rossini, beef ravioli, and the lava cake were especially good.

We’ve been on holiday in Tenerife and this has easily been the best restaurant we’ve eaten at since arriving — we enjoyed it so much that we’ve visited twice, and both times the food and service were consistently excellent.
The tuna tartare and beef tartare were up there with the best I’ve ever had. The sliced steak was so good on our first visit that I couldn’t look past ordering it again when we returned!
My partner had the ravioli carbonara, which was absolutely out of this world — pasta cooked to perfection with a silky sauce coating every piece beautifully. On our second visit, she chose the beef ravioli, which again did not disappoint. Perfectly cooked, followed by rich, deep beef flavours — absolutely fantastic.
This small hidden gem of a restaurant, run by a father-and-son duo, is definitely not one to miss if you enjoy great food. Highly recommended!
