About

La Casita de Taby is a small Costa Adeje Spanish restaurant with rooftop seating and a compact menu around tapas, paella and sangria. The safest orders from the reviews are garlic prawns, bravas with several sauces, chicken churros and house sangria; the welcome is friendly and the value feels better than many resort-area options.

Booking matters because the place is small, and payment needs attention: bring cash, because both public payment data and visitor feedback point that way. Paella feedback is mixed, so if you want the strongest version of the place, start with tapas and sangria rather than making paella the whole reason to go.

Commonly mentioned by visitors.

Garlic prawns, bravas with sauces and chicken churros make tapas the safest order.

House sangria and rooftop seating give the meal a relaxed Costa Adeje feel.

Visitors praise the friendly service and better-than-resort value.

Bring cash, and do not rely on paella as the only reason to book because feedback is mixed.

We went here on recommendation and we were not disappointed.

The food is delicious and the service is familiar and very friendly.

We ended up her two times during our holiday in Tenerife and was very happy.

The gambas with garlic was incredible.

We also had potatoes bravas with 4 tasty sauces and chicken churros.

The dish we were least impressed by was the pork with french fries.

But overall, great place, good prices and the food was amazing.

Remember, You can only pay cash and booking is recommended.

We booked easily via WhatsUp. And also, you will be sitting outside on the roofterras.

The dog, Mr Chippy was so cute!

Great food, great service, very reasonable. Nice to feel like you're getting actual value for money. The staff were very friendly and the food was authentically Spanish.

Make sure you book for this one! We stumbled across this little gem one evening when looking for something close to our hotel. It was fully booked so we thought we would book for the following evening and we weren't disappointed. We had the mixed paella and this was absolutely delicious and clearly freshly cooked. We had the house sangria which was also delicious. Then finished with a lovely dessert. The service was friendly and welcoming. We weren't rushed at all and everything was absolutely delicious for such great value. We paid so much less for 3 courses and a 1ltr of sangria to what we paid for 4 tapas dishes and a bottle of wine in another restaurant the previous evening. Highly recommend 👌

Cash only. So we went to ATM and expected to have a 4.8/5 rating meal that worth the additional charge🥲 sadly it’s not. Limited choices in the menu. We ordered potato but it turns out to be potato fries, weird but tastes so so (not so Spanish as we expected). And the paella is disappointing, we ordered mix (meat+ seafood) but the rice, the fish and the meat are all too dried.
