A beautiful spot right on the ocean. You can reach it from two different directions. We parked in the town, on the street, and walked down towards the pools. On the left there is a calm natural lagoon with a black sandy beach. After that, there are two large ocean-water pools. Even though there is a lot of human construction here, you can really see the effort to keep the place natural and preserve the original look. There are changing rooms and toilets. The pools themselves are clean, the water is clear, cool, and very pleasant. The area is big enough to hold a lot of people without feeling crowded or stressful. And everything is free. A real pleasure to visit. Highly recommended.

Great place for anyone! From couples, to groups of all ages. They have been doing a great job throughout the years, to make a great beach, great swimming pool,a beautiful place. More food and drink places have been opened again after the aftermath of covid, great views. The public toilets used to be manned before, not now, and even though they're good to have, and they are not bad, I tried to avoid it. Please bring back staff to keep them clean

If you want to go for a swim, I recommend checking the current conditions. We were really lucky — when we arrived, there were red flags due to big waves, but after about half an hour of watching, the lifeguards changed them to orange. Thanks to that, there weren’t many people, and we got to enjoy the sunset from the pools in peace.

Very surprised this place wasn’t busier than it was. Another hidden gem on the island. Plenty of facilities; restaurants, cafes, shops, huts and toilets/showers. Amazing view of the Atlantic, smashing into the walls right next to this pool. We will definitely be returning here!

Must be really nice when you can enter the water here. Unfortunately, the waves were way too big when we visited, so swimming was forbidden.
But the place is so beautiful, from the steep green cliffs surrounding it, to the natural pools. We will definitely try to come back again.
