Private tour for families, Perfect day out, as it was only our was to guarantee no screaming kids with lack of parental control. Easy to book and very friendly. Our driver Alberto was very funny very knowledgeable. Although we couldn’t go to the top on Mt Teide as this needs to be pre-book using a QR code with an extremely painful internet connection. My opinion don’t bother as the Alberto had taken us to other areas of Teide which were stunning. Lunch was delicious and very reasonable, great menu. The fish stew was something out of this world. We then went to do a bit of wine tasting, All in all fabulous trip, Alberto was brilliant.

For our second wedding anniversary, my wife and I chose the wonderful island of Tenerife, and I must say we made an excellent choice.

We usually contact private transfer services to better organize our trip.

And this time, we chose this private agency, #Tours Tenerife.

It was an excellent experience. The pickup times were perfect, the team and staff were friendly and professional, the excursions were very well organized, and even the transfer was impeccable.

Tenerife Tour were great a good description in 3 languages in all the different locations we visited in and around Mt Teide. The driver and guild were excellent with great comfort and lunch breaks. Overall well worth using Tenerife Tour for any Excursion.

"I had a disappointing experience as a travel agency with this company. Despite booking a tour for my clients, the actual experience fell short of the enticing description on their website. The promised bubble experience at the hotel was missed, and the guide forgot essential elements like the snacks and wine cups, which were integral to the described experience.

As a travel agent, I understand that discrepancies can occur, but what was more disheartening was the lack of response from the agency when I shared feedback from my clients. Ultimately, I had to initiate a full refund for my clients, taking on the responsibility that should have been addressed by the agency.

The lack of communication and follow-up on their part was quite disappointing, leaving both me and my clients dissatisfied with the overall service provided."
